Job Description
You will clean condos and homes using a structured checklists (Moving, deep, and recurring cleanings)
This is professional cleaning. We do not provide maid services like laundry, dishes, cooking, or pet care.
Promotions are based on consistent quality, punctuality, checklist discipline, improved efficiency over time, and professional communication.
Requirements
Legally able to work in Canada with a valid SIN
Able to pass a criminal background check
Cleaning experience is an asset
Basic English communication skills
Comfortable interacting with clients
Must own a smartphone with an active data plan
Comfortable using TTC and navigating around Toronto independently

1. What kind of work is it?
Condo and home cleaning with checklists. Routine, deep, and move in move out. No laundry, dishes, cooking, ironing, or pet services.
Move-out cleans for empty units (Checklist)
Deep cleans for first-time or seasonal clients (Checklist)
Routine cleans for returning clients (Checklist)
2. What’s the schedule like?
Usually weekdays from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Some days end earlier, some later depending on the day’s route. Saturdays are optional.
3. How many cleans per day?
You’ll do a maximum of 2 cleans per day
4. How do I get to my jobs?
You get to jobs by transit or your own car. If you have two cleans that are far apart, we arrange a ride between them. Travel time between jobs is paid.
5. Do I need to bring supplies?
No. We provide a cart. You keep it organized and stocked. If you purchase a restock item, we reimburse with receipts.
6. Do I need experience?
Experience helps, but it is not required if you are reliable, coachable, and take pride in quality.
7. How does pay work?
You are paid biweekly, on the 15th and 30th of every month
