Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial student to join us for a 12-week intensive sprint. Your work will directly translate into scalable infrastructure and revenue growth.

This role is a Mini-MBA in execution. You will not be performing conventional intern tasks; you will be acting as the founder's Right Hand, helping to build the operational backbone of a modern service portfolio.

1. Digital Operations & Automation

Process Engineering: Design, document, and map core business processes (SOPs) to create the company's master training and execution manual.
Workflow Automation: Implement and connect key business tools (e.g., Notion, Zapier, CRM) to eliminate manual tasks and build scalable workflows.
Logistics Optimization: Analyze current operations and identify bottlenecks, recommending tech-based solutions for efficiency gains.


2. Growth & Sales Strategy

Market Analysis: Assist the CEO in executing Go-To-Market strategies to acquire new, high-value commercial clients.
Lead Generation: Manage sales pipeline data and assist with outbound strategies and partnership development.
Data Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-informed decisions on pricing and customer retention.


3. Founder’s Office Mentorship

You will shadow the CEO on high-level decisions, learning real-world P&L management, strategy development, and risk management.

Requirements


  • Current enrollment in a University/College program (Co-op status is highly beneficial).

  • Strong interest in business automation, process improvement, and technology.

  • Tech-savvy (Working knowledge of tools like Notion, AirTable, or Zapier is a strong asset).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work remotely with flexibility for occasional in-person meetings in the GTA.

Eligibility & Competitive Compensation

This opportunity is designated for currently enrolled university or college students (Co-op status is highly beneficial).


The compensation for this high-impact 12-week program is set at a competitive rate of $20.00 per hour, based on a 37.5-hour standard work week.
